As far as I’m concerned this is a cracker jack of a video as you don’t hear this sort of insight from many people around! Everything said this particular video rang absolutely right for me also particularly about the big players that hold the gold and don’t want agreements drawn up etc. I am not holding Colm Dillion in the same breathe! But i had an experience with a large developer that took me for a ride for my time and promised profits in exchange for my services. I never ended up with any Gross realisation put it that way!
