This guy must cop lots of flack from vendors and real estate agents insulting them with hundreds of low offers until it breaks someones back and they finally accept a low down dirt bag offer, more then likely because they have most probably gotten desperate. People must be crackers to sell property that cheap. Who in there right mind would sell a property for 22k that can be valued at 180k two months later after a 35k reno done to it and renting at 240 week?

I don’t know about you but i’d feel a bit low if i was giving someone a small amount for a property. I’ve got a bit of a conscience and think i’d feel a little better offering a respectable amount, something that i can reflect on later and think i gave and paid a fair price to a vendor. This guy seems to pride himself on low down dirt bag offers. How can you get any credibility and maintain any integrity in this industry by giving lowdown dirt bag offers?

I don’t know maybe i need to get a tougher skin.
