Hey guys why don’t you put some comments in here about how your going with your LapPack and how it’s helping you. I recently did a property where i quickly calculated 200 rent by 500 = $100,000 the agent was listing the property on the Monday for 100k ( new offering less then 100k would make me positive cashflow) i offered 72k straight on the nose and bought it. The actual rent will be $240 per week once an upgrade to the property is done. So their you go, i walk the talk and i use my Famous 500 Formula! It will be positive cashflow from day one of $102 per week and around $142 after six months.
