One Million Dollar Goal

I’ve been thinking… what exactly this millionaire goals section is?

Will it be One Million dollars worth of property owned by 2018? It will be personal goals documented in this web site that’s for certain! Will it be to own One Million dollars in cash in the bank once completed? To be quite frank i think to own One Million worth of houses as investment properties will be a great big, even huge advancement and even a good achievement.

10 years is a long time so as goals are achieved then possibly a One Million in Cash may be a new goal when time comes to reassess the goals and future situations. In conclusion in the mean time I’m focused on the goal of One Million in Property in ten years.

I’m going to show you that someone completely useless and hopeless can achieve these goals. I’m going to show “you” that any useless and hopeless Australian can do this goal just simply by “doing”.

Why is my goals 10 Years? Because 10 years is a long time and it’s a good digest of time and i think it’s realistic coming from a useless, hopeless situation with this income. So 10 Years will be an example of how other useless and hopeless people can do it!

You’ll see through my posts that my spelling is not good and my grammar is pathetic as a mangy dried up damn in this Australian drought at the moment but I’m going to prove that I’m that dumb and I’m dumber then “you” that you can do it to.  The rest of this site is for Property Investors videos. This [my] part of this web site is “for me” and for people lesser fortunate then those well off and investor types, for those that are struggling to make ends meet thinking of a way and how to make a better life. You can do it from your corner of the woods!

People in the real estate and investors forums and social circles around the track will come to know this site ‘Jaffasoft’ and the goal. When i write my book it will reach the street.

Those that are millionaires or on your big wages won’t find this site very interesting.  Those people that those gun investors that are acquiring real estate all the time will also find nothing in this site of any use because really the level you are on is not the stage I’m at.  But for people struggling to get started and make a better life using practical steps that can be taken one at a time to grow and build yourself up from literally an existence of nothing that will draw information from here that could be used and implimented that you or anyone could use to get started.

Those that have taught me things in the past and there strategies i’m using…  sit back…. you have done all you need to do. I will go ahead and do what i’ve been taught. It’s up to me now!

No sorry I’m not writing about it after the horse has bolted. I’ve  bought some strides, put my shirt on ( refer to my t-shirt post for the explanation why)…. I’ve put my belt on and saddled up. I’m ready for my ride. My finish post is a long way… way off. l’l be taking my horse at a meandering stroll stopping to graze and smell the roses along the way. Investing is not everything to life all like to do is hang around home and do the renovation part, odd jobs etc and renovate one home at a time and in the meantime travel.

This is not all a big ego trip for me I’m simply going to go one Reno at a time! But Reno’s that i create that make positive cashflow.

These Millionaire Goals will be added to. I’m busy doing other ground work right now and will be in to update this during winter of 09. I mark the beginning of these goals on the commemoration day of my Nanna’s passing day. When she went from us on 27th/March 2008. In an uncanny occurrence and i am not sure why but the very first renovation was competed on precisely the same day one year later.

One year from the settlement day of the first significant investment i submitted and had an offer submitted (June 13th) on what will be deal two. Settlement is expected to be August 13th.

My spanning goals will unfold over my designated goals decade 2008-2018.

In June 2008 i reached what was a huge milestone for me it was, “a small leap for man… giant leap for man kind” type feeling. The documents from Pat the conveyance office arrived “you are the owner of your first peace of real estate”. A No Money Down Deal! In 2009 in June a 2BR Cottage was bought which will be the second property purchased in a No Money Down Deal.

This image below will be edited eventually to reflect the first but significant step in this goal and also now the second. P.S. I thought it was worth noting that i didn’t know how to spell Millionaire before i decided to be one.

I’ve tried to get advice and help from dozens of people. They throw there theory at me.  I could not learn at School with Teachers and all there theory they dumped on me. How was throwing theory at me going to be any different. Just because they are academic experts does not mean the rest of us can! I am dyslectic, have picture memory and have to do things, and create imaginatively then do that working with my hands.

I wanted real life experiences real people doing real things. I threw the internet away and starting renovating. Though i sneak in to use it now and again. Sheesh old habits die hard.

I decided that i will do this myself using strategies i have never heard them say before and implement creative strategies i thought up to better my quality of life. I’ve implemented strategies that i have never read about before in books or forums even.

People entering beware, I’m dropping my guard and being how it is in this Country town with a Country town boys attitude.  I’m telling it how it is and you are going to experience a down to earth common Australian.  Gosh i might even swear a little with some Aussie slang.
