The first version of this site came about when i was hospitalized. I also made the decision at that time that when i was released i would do whatever it took to buy a million dollars worth of real estate, from the position i was in – broke and broken! They say all life changing moments are made at some point when they reach a certain pain threshold. That was my turning point.

Because of my ambitions to achieve wealth using residential real estate as the vehicle and my insatiable appetite to tinker with web site technology since 2000. Eventually a marriage was born to create and maintain this site bringing resources for property investors.
